Responsible for assisting the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Front Desk Manager in the day to day operations of the front desk and the activities desk at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, as well as parking attendants and bell persons. Responsible for developing and conducting necessary staff training, ensuring that all staff is knowledgeable and comfortable using all software and phone systems in order to best serve the needs of our owners/guests and to ensure that performance and information is consistent with all staff.
