Is sponsoring my guests really so important?
YES! The Friends & Family Rewards Program was designed to reward our owners for sharing their experiences with friends and family. Sponsoring your guests lets us know that YOU were the owner responsible for adding to the Breckenridge Grand Vacations family. Sponsoring ensures that YOU receive proper credit and valuable Reward Dollars. Sponsoring is as important as it is easy!
When should I sponsor my guests?
You should sponsor your guests as quickly as possible. They must be pre-registered prior to starting their vacation and taking a tour. This includes any guests traveling with you to the resort.
How do I submit my guest list?
Sending your guest list to our Friends & Family Department is easy and convenient! There are three ways you may submit your list:
1. Contact us at 1-877-453-4440
2. Fax your list to 970-453-5577
3. Create an online guest list using this form.
How do you contact my guest list?
Once we receive your guest list a friendly vacation specialist will contact your friends and family. Once qualified, sponsored guests will receive a highly discounted vacation package and a VIP invitation to preview one of our beautiful Premier resorts. Rest assured that your guests will receive special privileges and superior customer service during their stay.
How can my guests contact you?
Sponsored guests may contact us directly at 1-877-453-4440 ext. 3922 to book their vacation. Please make sure they provide your name so you receive proper credit.
Do you prefer that we send you our guest list? Or should our sponsored guests call Breckenridge Grand Vacations directly?
Both situations are ideal. However, we do periodically send special invitations by mail and e-mail. When submitting your guest list, the inclusion of postal and e-mail addresses will increase the chance of your guests taking advantage of one of our special offers.
How will I know if my sponsored guests purchase?
We will notify you by mail after your guest previews. Should they become an owner at one of Breckenridge Grand Vacation’s resorts, we will send you a letter of congratulations that includes the amount of Reward Dollars earned and where they may redeem them.
What if I know someone who wants to become an owner right away?
Have them give us a call at 1-877-453-4440 ext. 3922. When a sponsored guest purchases without a preview tour you will receive 250 Reward Dollars!
How do I use my Reward Dollars?
Your Reward Dollars can be used as credit toward your HOA Dues, services at the Spa and Restaurants, merchandise, incidentals and much more! Click here to view a complete list.

What does a “marketing coordinator” do and why do I get calls from them?
Our vacation specialist are friendly, experienced and are part of Breckenridge Grand Vacations Friends & Family Department. Their job is to call our owners from time to time, collect guest names and make sure you have the materials you need. They will also provide you with important updates and specials. In addition, marketing coordinators work on behalf of your sales representative, to contact your guests so rewards may be earned quickly.
