You are confirmed for the Phase 3 Opening Event on Saturday, April 14th at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.
Information about the Event:
- The event takes place from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Grand Lobby at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.
- Please be sure to check in at the Grand Staircase or by the building 1 elevators.
- Heavy appetizers, drinks*, live entertainment, and kids’ activities are provided.
*Two drink tickets per adult, up to four tickets per group.
Shuttle Information:
- A Summit Express shuttle will be stationed at DoubleTree starting at 5:45 p.m. to take guests to Grand Colorado on Peak 8.
- Summit Express can be contacted at 970-668-6000 for questions or pick-up.
- Shuttle hours: 5:45 – 8:15 p.m.
*Please note that the DoubleTree shuttle is not available for transportation to and from the event.
Parking Information:
- Limited parking is available on the top level of the Stables Lot, located across from Grand Colorado on Peak 8. The gate will be left open.
- Overflow parking will be available at the bottom level of the Stables Lot. Use the code “BGVPARTY” at the Breck Park kiosk or on your phone application to validate your parking session.
