Dear BGV Guest:

In these uncertain times, we regret to inform you that each of our resorts at Breckenridge Grand Vacations (including the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, Grand Lodge on Peak 7, Grand Timber Lodge and Gold Point Condos) will be forced to close on Thursday at 12:00 pm due to new mandates created by Summit County Public Health.

Please note, you will need to vacate at your earliest convenience, but no later than Thursday, March 19, by 12:00 noon. At this time, local authorities will assist us in securing the resort for complete closure.

Summit County Public Health states, “All lodging businesses, including hotels, motels, timeshares and short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) are required to close by 12 noon, Thursday, March 19th.  All these changes are effective until further notice when Summit County Public Health has determined that this degree of social distancing is no longer required.”

BGV intends to be compliant with the ongoing efforts to reduce the spread of COVID19. It is time to go home and take care of your families.

We realize that an unexpected departure will inevitably result in many questions about your abbreviated stay. We humbly ask for your patience and trust knowing that BGV will work tirelessly to resolve the inconveniences caused by the COVID19 virus to the best of BGV’s ability.

Again, we will assist in every way possible helping you voluntarily leave the premises before noon on Thursday.

Sincerely,
Mike Dudick, CEO
