Reschedule: We understand that life happens and things change. If you need to reschedule, you must let us know.

 

Preview tour: You are under no obligation to purchase with us. In order to receive this promotional package you must attend your resort preview tour of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.

 

Dog policy: There are no dogs allowed at the Grand Colorado Ownership Gallery or on your resort preview tour. Dogs are only allowed on property if you have reserved pet friendly accommodations. Pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge. Please do not leave dogs in car during preview tour.

 

Cancel: If you need to make changes to your reservation or to cancel let us know!

 

Spouse policy: If you are married, engaged or in a cohabitating relationship, both people in the relationship must attend the resort preview tour together.

The Fine Print

• Failure to attend the preview tour will result in charges to cover the actual cost of your gift. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 866-928-2687.
• If you are married, engaged or in a cohabitating relationship, both people must attend the resort preview together.
• Regardless of marital status, guests must earn a combined income of at least $70,000 annually and own a home.
• You are required to meet the minimum qualifications at the time of your tour, regardless of your status at the time of making your Breckenridge reservation. 
• Breckenridge Grand Vacations is an equal opportunity lender. Anyone is eligible to purchase Vacation Ownership at any of the Breckenridge Grand Vacation resorts.
• Breckenridge is a high alpine environment; please be prepared for adverse weather conditions. Cancellations are not accepted due to weather.
• You are under no obligation to purchase, but in order to receive this promotional package you must attend a two hour resort preview tour of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 at the scheduled appointment time listed above.
