Need To Know

Reschedule: We understand that life happens and things change. If you need to reschedule, you must let us know.

 

Preview tour: You are under no obligation to purchase with us. In order to receive this promotional package you must attend your Owner Update preview of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.

 

Dog policy: There are no dogs allowed at the Grand Colorado Ownership Gallery or on your resort preview tour. Dogs are only allowed on property if you have reserved pet friendly accommodations. Pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge. Please do not leave dogs in car during preview tour.

 

Cancel: If you need to make any changes or cancel your owner update let us know.

 

Spouse policy: If you are married, engaged or in a cohabitating relationship, both people in the relationship must attend the resort preview tour together. All people on your current ownership deed must attend this scheduled appointment.

 

The Fine Print

• Failure to attend your owner update presentation will result in charges to cover the actual cost of your gift. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 866-928-2687.
• You are under no obligation to upgrade or purchase additional time with us, however, in order to receive this promotional package you must attend an informative 90 minute owner update presentation at the scheduled date and time listed above
• If you are married, engaged or in a cohabitating relationship, both people in the relationship must attend the resort preview tour together.
• All people on your current ownership deed must attend this scheduled appointment.
