Detailed Event Information and Transportation:

Designated Driver Program

Sign up for the Designated Driver Program by emailing events@breckenridgegrandvacations.com.  $100 will be earned in your paycheck by doing so.  If you sign up to be a Designated driver, you must abstain completely from drinking.  You must take 3+ passengers (at least one must be a BGV employee—the others can be plus-ones).  You are not responsible for taking multiple trips (there are also shuttles that will run until midnight) and you don’t have to take more than 3 passengers (unless you want to).

Parking

Limited overnight parking is available at the Grand Timber Lodge.  Reserve your parking spot HERE.  Once your spot is reserved, you can pick up your pass at the front desk.  Your car must be moved by 10:00 am on December 11th.

Parking at Beaver Run is free after 3:00 p.m., however, you may not park overnight in this lot. Cars parked past 2:00 a.m. are subject to towing.

Shuttles

You are responsible for getting to the party, but shuttles will be available from 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. to take you home.  Shuttles will go to any Summit County location.  If you take the shuttle, please remember that you are representing BGV.  The shuttle drivers will determine the most efficient route to take all passengers home.

Please email events@breckenridgegrandvacations.com with any allergies and dietary restrictions.  There will be vegetarian and gluten free options available.

Please Bring your ID and cash to tip bartenders and coat check.
