Who is BGV?
Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) is a Colorado based real estate development and property management company. BGV is the developer and parent company of Grand Timber Lodge, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, and the Breck Inn. BGV’s developers, Mike and Rob Millisor along with partner Mike Dudick, have been bringing families together and creating GRAND vacations since 1984.
Now, with a company made up of over 650 employees, the developers continue the family-feel in a growing company that has led to grand success. They have structured the management and support staff in a way that has fostered communication and mobility within the company.
In 2018, the Denver Post named BGV the top large workplace in Colorado. In 2020, we were again ranked in the top five. In 2023 and 2024 we were recognized by USA Today as a national top workplace, the only Colorado mountain town employer to receive that recognition!
BGV Gives was established in 2016 in memory of the late Rob Millisor, beloved BGV owner and developer. This dedicated department advances BGV’s commitment to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and philanthropy—reinforcing our legacy as a people-first organization. In 2025 alone, BGV employees contributed over 10,000 hours of volunteer service to the community.

BGV’s resort, the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 has been recognized as being in the top 10% of listings on Tripadvisor in 2025. The Travelers’ Choice Awards speaks to the exceptional hospitality we provide to every guest and owner that stays with us. This result was based on data gathered over a 12-month period on Tripadvisor, and unlike traditional industry awards, this award is based on real reviews and experiences from travelers across the world.
