YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia residents have certain rights with respect to their data.  These rights are established through the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CTDPA”), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”), and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”).

For purposes of this notice: (1) “Personal Information” has the meaning given in the CCPA and does not include information excluded or exempted from the scope of the CCPA; and (2) “Personal Data” has the meaning given in the CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, and VCDPA, and does not include information excluded or exempted from the scope of the CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, or VCDPA.

Your Right to Opt-out.

California Residents. As a California resident, you have the right to tell us not to disclose or transfer your Personal Information to a third party in exchange for something of value.  This is referred to as the “opt out” or “do not sell or share my info” right.

Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia Residents. As a Colorado, Connecticut, or Virginia resident, you have the right to opt out of the processing of Personal Data for the purposes of the sale of Personal Data, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Utah Residents.  As a Utah resident, you have the right to opt out of the processing of Personal Data for the sale of Personal Data or targeted advertising, as well as the processing of sensitive personal data.

How to Opt-out. As detailed in our California Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy,  we use certain third party analytical cookies or other technology that may be considered “sales” and “sharing” under the CCPA and/or targeted advertising under the CPA, the CTDPA, the UCPA, and the VCDPA.  To opt out, please follow the below instructions:
