ELIGIBILITY:
Must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest and a legal resident of the fifty United States and Washington, D.C. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Breckenridge Grand Vacations (“Sponsor”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members are not eligible.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
Two Ways to Win Giveaway (“Promotion”) starts on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 11/05/2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. MDT on 12/17/2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Each entrant agrees to comply with the terms contained in Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
ENTRY METHOD:
One valid entry per eligible entrant per Promotion Period. Eligible entrants may enter the Promotion in one (1) or both of the following ways:
(1) Friends & Family Booking Entry:
To receive one (1) entry into the Vacation Week drawing, an entrant must book a Breckenridge getaway at one of Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ participating properties at an exclusive friends and family rate during the Promotion Period. By completing a qualifying booking, the entrant will automatically be entered into the Vacation Week prize drawing. The entrant must provide the referring Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner’s full name and Owner ID (or other owner verification requested by Sponsor) at the time of booking to ensure both parties are eligible to receive a prize.
(2) Form Entry:
To enter, please provide your name, cell phone number, email address, age, ZIP/postal code, home ownership/rental status, marital status, household income on: https://breckenridgegrandvacations.com/two-ways-to-win-giveaway-2025/ during the Promotion Period.
All entries are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize can be awarded. If the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements listed above, his or her entry is automatically void. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or inaccurate entries. Sponsors are not responsible for technical failures in the entry process, including but not limited to website crashes or transmission errors. Entrants are prohibited from assigning, substituting, or transferring their interest in an entry or a prize won through a winning entry.
PRIZES:
Each prize offered is listed with its Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). Actual value of a prize may vary depending on various options provided by the prize provider. Limit one prize per entrant.
Vacation Week Prize (Way 1): One (1) Entrant will win a full vacation week at the Entrant’s choice of a BGV resort or an Interval International destination (ARV: $7,200). In addition, the qualifying referring BGV Owner listed at time of booking will receive a full vacation week of equal value. Both the Entrant and Owner prizes are subject to verification and the property/provider’s terms and availability.
$500 Cash Prize (Way 2): One (1) Entrant who submitted a qualifying form entry will win $500 cash (ARV: $500). The qualifying referring BGV Owner named on that Entrant’s form will also receive $500 cash. Cash prizes will be delivered by check, electronic transfer, or other method at Sponsor’s discretion.
Limit one (1) prize per Entrant across the Promotion. An Entrant may enter both ways (i.e., book and submit a form) but may only win once. If an Entrant is selected as a winner for one prize, they are ineligible to win a second prize in this Promotion.
Lodging at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 or Interval International Week is redeemable through December 31, 2027. Lodging is based on promotional availability and is not available during holidays or peak times, including but not limited to Martin Luther King Weekend, Presidents’ Weekend, March, July 4th Week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Week, and Christmas and New Year’s Weeks.
REFERRAL VERIFICATION
To be eligible for the Owner referral prize, the Owner must be an active Breckenridge Grand Vacations owner and must be correctly identified by the Entrant at booking. Sponsor reserves the right to request additional documentation from the Owner (ownership confirmation, owner ID, etc.) prior to awarding any Owner prize. If Sponsor cannot verify the referring Owner within seven (7) days of winner notification, the Owner prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate Owner winner or cancel the Owner prize.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing by Breckenridge Grand Vacations on or around December 24, 2025. Answers to the questions on this entry form do not affect chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Each potential winner is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder for the email address. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organizations (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If a winner is found to be ineligible or disqualified for any reason, an alternative winner will be selected from a separate random drawing. To receive a copy of the name of the Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by January 7, 2026, to Breckenridge Grand Vacations: Two Ways to Win Giveaway Attn: Marketing Department, PO Box 6879, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
On or around December 24, 2025, Breckenridge Grand Vacations will attempt to notify two potential winners by telephone and email. Neither the Sponsors nor any other entity shall have any responsibility or liability for failure to provide notice, including but not limited to, due to a participant’s failure to provide accurate or correct contact information, notices lost in transfer, or notices diverted to spam, junk, promotion or other email folders. If winners are unreachable after five (5) days, or if winners are unavailable for prize fulfillment, alternate winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entrants. If Sponsors cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. Each potential winner may be required to furnish proof of eligibility, including but not limited to proof of identification.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Subject to applicable law, the winners irrevocably grants the Sponsors and each of their licensees, and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration except for the awarding of the Prize to the winner. Entrants agree not to issue any publicity concerning the Sponsors.
CONDITIONS:
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. Entrants further grant Breckenridge Grand Vacations the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
By completing this registration and pressing “submit”, you are giving Breckenridge Grand Vacations permission to contact you via telephone, SMS/ text message, fax, email or mail at the address(es) and number(s) provided, despite any inclusion of your name on a do not call/do not contact registry or list.
By clicking “submit” I expressly authorize Breckenridge Grand Vacations to call me or send me recorded messages or SMS/text messages about their products using automated technology to your telephone/cellular number you entered above.
By entering into the Promotion, the entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising out of or relating to, directly or indirectly, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion or prize use related activity, or participation in this Promotion.
Sponsors are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
The winner is unofficial until they have accepted the prize via phone or email. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Sponsors reserve the right to change the rules at any time.

CONSENT TO DATA COLLECTION AND USE:
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of the personal information entrant provides. Entrants may on occasion receive informational, marketing, or promotional emails from Sponsor or its affiliates. Entrants can opt out of such emails by following the instructions contained therein. The Entrant further acknowledges and agrees to the terms of Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ Privacy Policy which are expressly incorporated into these Official Rules.
