We Are in The Smile Business

We work hard, but we play hard too. Our owners and guests turn to us for advice about how to enjoy the mountains, so we have to do a lot of research! We ski, ride, bike, golf, raft, SUP, fish, hike and camp. We team up for softball, hockey, ultimate Frisbee and soccer. We take full advantage of the mountain lifestyle.

Why choose to work for BGV? The real question is, “Why wouldn’t you!”

What Our Employees Are Saying

Jasa Stone

Jasa Stone, Marketing Guest Services – “Breckenridge Grand Vacations is truly one of a kind! Prior to working for BGV I found myself working for a company that didn’t value their employees.Read More...

From the first day I  walked through the Lincoln West Mall doors I knew that story was about to change. BGV culture is community full of leaders, unconditional support, big laughs, and the determination to create memorable experiences up here in Breckenridge for others to share. One of the main reasons I accepted this job with BGV was due to the fact of how much BGV supports, not only each other, but the entire community. We give back, we challenge each other, and then have time to celebrate! Life isn’t all about work and BGV respects that. I mean come on, what other company lets you go ski on a 6-inch powder day?! That alone should showcase how cool we are! I feel so lucky to be part of such an incredible company that is caring, ambitious, and growing!”

Daniel Ramirez, Engineering – “For me, this is the place of my dreams, great people, great management, great properties, and a great company because they teach you through example. Read More...

We work with our heart, and we have a great communication and relationship between departments, employers, owners and vendors, we even feel like a big family. We take care of each other and overcome difficult times together. We are creative, we satisfy the needs of our guests in an incredible way I never saw in other company. Many of the owners or members are with us because before they joined to our company they knew what kind of company is, they feel we treat them like a family not a members and we care about them. I never felt so happy to work in a company like BGV before.  Here everyone’s work is notable and appreciated, and this is what I always wanted as a job.”

Josh Stuhr, Resort General Manager – “When I first started with BGV, I never imagined spending the better part of a decade with the same company, but 8 years later, I could hardly imagine being anywhere else. Read More...

BGV and I have grown together, with my leadership investing their time and energy to help me grow as an employee, a leader myself, but also as a human being. One thing that has stayed true throughout my time with BGV: we are a company that likes to have fun together!”

Breckenridge Grand Vacations provides me with more than just a job that pays the bills. I have a career that allows me to grow professionally and have the balanced life I always dreamed of. Every day I wake up beyond grateful to call this beautiful town home and work for the best local employer, an employer who truly cares about each and every employee. It is a true joy to come into the office every day and be greeted by smiles. Since I started out, I’ve received three promotions within a year. To have so many doors and opportunities offered is a true blessing. I have so many people ask me how I figured out how to live in the mountains and have a career. All I can say is, I got really lucky to be where I am today.”
