This service will provide the opportunity for you to take advantage of automatic monthly mortgage payments for your vacation ownership, and will save you money!

• Savings! When you set up your mortgage account on Easy Pay, you will avoid the servicing fee that Concord servicing charges, which is typically $10 per month. That means a savings of $120 per year, or $1,200 over the full life of a ten year loan!!
• Easy, one-time set up. Simply fill out the form below and mail it back to the BGV Accounts Receivable Management department.
• Hassle-free Experience:  There will be no need to draft and mail a check each month for your mortgage payment, and no worrying about the mail getting there on time!
