What a gem of a resort! Not only affordable, but the property was stunning. Having a shuttle that takes you to the downtown area and picks you up was a great bonus
The location is perfect! Close enough to town and shuttle runs every 15 minutes from 8 am -10 pm. The pools and amenities meet our expectations and more. The food at The Boot has great food and service; never disappointed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Grand Timber Lodge is one of the best resort experiences I have ever had. The accommodations are comfortable, well-designed, and immaculately clean. The resort’s facilities are numerous and well-maintained. But, most of all, the staff is truly outstanding.

We stayed at Grand Colorado during the spring time and LOVED IT. Saw a moose each day we were there and loved how you were up on the mountain but also so close to downtown too. The spa was so nice and relaxing with all the amenities
From the moment of arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff. Once we went to our room, the accommodations were more than expected! Our experience using the amenities was top notch! I would HIGHLY recommend you stay at this location. It will NOT disappoint!!!
Easily one of the best hotels in Breckenridge. Not only is there a lift to peak 7 in the backyard, but also because of how well kept the hotel is. A little distance between it and town, but it’s worth it if you’re after skiing. The pools are also almost always on, including the hot tubs. Everything is very well-maintained.
I’ve been coming here since they opened and I still love it. Atmosphere is of a mountain lodge. Staff is attentive and helpful. Love the location at the end of Ski Hill Road, overlooking Peak 7 on one side and Breckenridge on the other
This was one of our best vacations! The quiet serenity of this location in summer cannot be beat, with amazing views, starry night skies, and trails adjacent to the property. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and the free shuttle into town made evenings out stress-free. We’re coming back!
